INSTALLATION TAKES JUST A FEW MINUTES

THE GUARD that provides your service has an Electronic Scanner Wand.

The guard touches the wand to a small wirelessElectronic Sensor that has been placed at specific locations on your job site.  The locations will be determined by consultation with you. When the officer touches the electronic sensor with the wand, the sensor number, the date and time are recorded.
At the end of the guards shift the wand is scanned into our computer, ready for transmission to you. 

You can receive a printout of the (records)(electronic report) with a phone call or e-mail to our OPERATIONS MANAGER or General Manager. Otherwise the report will be submitted to you with your invoices. This system replaces a hand written report or is an addition to.
If an incident occurs, a full hand written report will be submitted and your on-call person will be notified at time of incident.

HOW IT WORKS

THE CUSTOMER AND OUR OPERATIONS MANAGER CAN VERIFY WHEN AND WHERE A SECURITY OFFICER HAS BEEN DURING HIS WORKING HOURS. REPORTS ARE AVAILABLE ANYTIME UPON REQUEST​
